Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about private squads, rubrics, and privacy.

Why limit squad sizes to 2–5 people? +

Large groups suffer from the bystander effect—people drop off because they assume someone else will carry the load. In a 2–5 person squad, every member's daily submission and feedback directly matters to their practice partners.

Can peers see my draft before I submit? +

No. Drafts are private to you. Peers cannot view any submissions for that challenge until they submit their own answer. Once submitted, answers freeze permanently to give reviewers a stable feedback target.

How does peer review assignment work? +

Assignments are strictly deterministic. The engine assigns you to the eligible peer with the fewest received reviews. You never review your own answer, and blocked user pairs are never matched.

What happens if someone in the squad drops out? +

SquadSprint preserves an "honest denominator." The sprint denominator is locked at scheduling time (initial members × 7). If a member leaves, remaining members continue and can complete 100% of their personal goals.
